Our 5A Advantage

Five A's that separate us from a catalogue

Equipment is not built from datasheets — it is proven on the shop floor. We turned the five complaints we hear most into five standards.

See all machines
A / 01

Automatic

From loading to palletizing the line runs interlocked; a shift needs 2–3 operators and the takt does not depend on someone watching it.

A / 02

All sizes

One line covers 1 kg to 50 kg cylinders. Change dies and call a recipe — size change inside 30 minutes.

A / 03

Adjustable

Modular stations let output scale from 30% to 100% of line capacity, so you do not pay today for volume you reach in year three.

A / 04

Accessible

Bilingual HMI with recipe-based process parameters; a new operator is independent after three days of training.

A / 05

Affordable

Buy by process section and add later. Start at the bottleneck and let output pay for the next stage.

How We Work

Four steps from enquiry to production

Process diagnosis

We visit the plant, measure existing takt and labour cost, and identify the bottleneck before quoting equipment.

Layout & proposal

Capacity calculation, equipment list and workshop layout, including power, water, air and gas requirements.

Build & pre-acceptance

The whole line is commissioned in our works. You can test with your own blanks and sign off before shipment.

Installation & ramp-up

Engineers install on site, stay through stable production, and train operators and maintenance staff.

FAQ

Six questions buyers ask first

If your question is not here, call or email — an engineer answers faster than a sales office.

How much does a complete LPG cylinder production line cost?

It depends heavily on capacity and automation level. A single process section and a full turnkey line sit in very different ranges, typically from a few hundred thousand to several million US dollars. The main cost drivers are takt, inspection scope (hydrostatic, air tightness, X-ray), coating process and the electrical standard of the destination country. Send us your cylinder type and target daily output and we will return a configuration list with a budget range within 48 hours.

What output can one line achieve?

A single line commonly runs 500–3,000 cylinders per shift, roughly 150,000–1,000,000 per year, at a takt of 15–45 seconds per cylinder. Output is set by the bottleneck station, so we measure your existing stations first and then decide which section is worth adding.

Which cylinder sizes can you cover?

1–5 kg, 9 kg, 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 15 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg are all standard. One line switches between them by changing dies and calling a recipe, normally within 30 minutes. Non-standard sizes can be tooled from drawings.

Which standards do the machines comply with? Will they pass local acceptance?

Design follows common cylinder standards such as ISO 22991, EN 1442 and DOT 49 CFR, and welding procedures can be written to the customer's national code. English electrical drawings, operation manuals and material certificates for major components are supplied to support local certification.

What is the lead time?

Standard machines leave the factory 60–90 days after contract effectiveness. Turnkey lines typically take 4–6 months including in-house commissioning and customer pre-acceptance. Sea freight and site installation are additional, usually 30–45 days.

How are after-sales service and spare parts handled?

The machine carries a 12-month warranty and ships with one set of wear parts. A remote diagnostics module is standard, so most faults can be located without a site visit; when a visit is needed, engineers normally depart within 7 working days. Common spares are stocked in Taizhou, and urgent parts arrive by international express in 3–5 days.
